My plan for this piece was to create a series of 4 small plates. I hope to make them all different citruses.

My plan for this piece was to create a small bowl with a lid. I want it to be big enough for me to store something in it

To begin this piece, I started by creating a simple pinch pot with Terracotta clay.
To start this piece, I decided to use the terracotta clay. I began by creating each plate at a time, trying to make them all the same size and thickness. Once they all were to my liking, I then used a tool to outline my design. I decided to use Under glaze on these pieces so I could get a more accurate design. I did not want the color of the clay to be seen, so I made sure to cover them in a few layers of white glaze. After the white, I painted each one with their individual colors.
